I'm Jetta. I've been adopted, raised by my white grandparents in a white town as a Black woman, toured Europe as a soloist, lived in Tanzania, created Meet My Melanin, been raped, lost my grandfather, sat in psych wards, and rebuilt myself from nothing. I've lived in rooms most people can't imagine and in poverty most people won't acknowledge. I know what it means to ignore your truth and pay for it.

Nicoline (Nic-uh-leen) is my middle name, passed down through four generations. It means victory of the people. This is about your victory - trusting what you know, coming home to yourself, and transforming without losing who you are.
